Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
- Refund Eligibility: Customers are eligible for a refund if they cancel their booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled journey.
- Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled journey are non-refundable.
Waiting Time Policy:
- Standard Waiting Time: A waiting time of 15 minutes is allowed from the scheduled pick-up time. After this duration, the driver reserves the right to cancel the booking, and it will be deemed non-refundable.
- Airport Waiting Time: Complimentary waiting time of 45 minutes is provided after the flight’s landing time for airport pickups. Beyond this period, a waiting fee of 25£ per hour will be applied.
General Terms:
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to confirmation.
- Responsibility: Bristol Private Hire Ltd is not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, accidents).
- Changes to Bookings: Any changes to bookings should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- Payment: Payment for services rendered is to be made as per the agreed terms at the time of booking.
